RAAA requires all sires and donor dams to have DNA on file to register progeny.
For Red Angus Youth Expo exhibitors, it is recommended to submit DNA by April 4 to ensure results are processed and reported in time for the show.
Current processing times are a minimum of four to six weeks. DNA submitted after this date may not be reported in REDSPro in time for the show.
All animals exhibited at a Red Angus regional or national show must, at minimum, have a completed parentage test reported in REDSPro and carry R or I status to be eligible to show. Parentage testing must be completed by check-in in order to show.
RAYE entries open April 1, with an entry deadline of May 15. Late entries will be accepted until May 24.
