On Aug. 15, the second and third installments of THR were billed to their respective accounts. Typically, the second installment is billed in August and the third in September. In this case, the third installment was billed in error. However, to prevent any potential database issues or disruptions along with incorrect balances, both installments will remain billed together this month. In the future, installments will remain one installment per month.

Regarding your payment for August, you’re welcome to continue paying the installments by paying the second installment in August and the third in September or pay the account balance in full. The fourth installment will be billed in October, as usual.
