Herd inventory is the basis of total herd reporting. Keeping your cow inventory correct allows for your assessment billing to be correct and allows for ease when reporting your calves each year.
The herd inventory deadline for Spring is March 5, 2025 and for Fall is Sept. 3, 2025. THR assessments will be billed based on the inventory on the deadline for each season. Spring billing occurs in July and will be received on the Aug. 1 statement. Fall billing occurs in December and will be received on the Jan. 1 statement.
